The ADR15 is the first product by Akai and Roger Linn. Both a digital sampling drum computer and multitrack midi sequencer, the ADR15 features include

One notable feature is the ability to play repeated drum hits without cut off of previous strikes. The sequencer can hold 99 sequences (each with 99 tracks), has SMPTE in/out, 4 midi outputs and 2 inputs, extensive editing, song mode with 20 songs each with 256 steps, auto punch in/out, and the ability to play 2 sequences simultaneously.
