The
new Avista 7600 is a portable digital piano that features a 76-note weighted,
touch-sensitive keyboard, disk drive, built-in speakers, 16 character display,
and a one track, GM compatible 31,000 note sequencer. Other exciting features
include 128 on-board sounds, the capability to layer two sounds together, a direct
line out for patching into an external speaker for live performance, built-in
effects, transposing, and an onboard programmable metronome. All of this at under
$1000 - including the stand and damper pedal!
On-board disk drive
The on-board disk drive can be used to save any songs that have been recorded using the one-track sequencer. The songs can be archived on disk and then reloaded for later playback. The disk drive can also function as a full Standard Midi File Player. Standard Midi Files can be purchased or downloaded from the Internet and then loaded into the Avista 7600. Once loaded, any of the tracks can be selected and muted as desired for play-along purposes.
On-board recorder
Performances can be captured on the Avista 7600 using the on-board recorder. Record a track and then play along with it, or save the performance for later playback using the on-board disk drive. Orchestrate your piano-playing experience and keep your music "in time" with the built-in metronome, activated by the touch of a button. On-board sounds
The Avista 7600 provides 128 colorful sounds that add another dimension to your playing experience.
