With its integrated microcomputer, the Roland CSQ-600 can store a maximum of 600 notes. Sequences are directly loaded from the keyboard, and both scales (CV) or rhythms (GATE) can be added separately. To protect the memory, a battery backup function is provided.

The CSQ-100 Digital Sequencer has a microproces sor element that stores up to 168 notes. Played sequences can be loaded directly, and pitch can be loaded either separately at a constant time value or with variable time values added afterwards.
