DataDisk features include compatibility with virtually all midi equipment, a maximum file size equal to disk space (800K), 3.5" DS/DD disk drive, and one space rack mount. In addition, the SQ is capable of recording and playing back midi performance data (not just sys-ex data) in real time, allowing the user the ability to 'download' sequences from their favorite computer or hard based sequencer for playback by the DataDisk SQ
