The GR09 is a smaller, less expensive version or Roland's GR1 guitar synthesizer. Features include 180 preset tones (360 with optional GR9E-1 expansion board), 28 note polyphony, layering & split functions, CV & footswitch inputs (assignable), guitar to midi functions, built in digital reverbs (31) and chorus (25), l/R and guitar outputs plus guitar return for external effects patching. Patch parameters include bend range, midi channel, sensitivity, effects type & amount, main & sub tone, attach & release, tone balance & pitch, level, and more.
