The smallest in Rolands JV series, the JV35 is a 61 note velocity sensitive keyboard expandable sound capabilities. Features include 16 part multi-timbral midi operation and full General Midi patch compliance, 28 voice polyphony, 226 preset + 256 user patches, 9 preset & 9 user rhythm kits, backlit 16x2 LCD display, stereo outputs plus headphone output, and more. The JV50 is identical in all respects to the JV35 but in addition includes a standard midi file playback disk drive. Either the JV35 or JV50 can accept the VE-JV1 expansion board, expanding the keyboard with an additional 28 voice polyphony, 8 part multi-timbral midi functions, and 4 megabytes of wave memory containing the JV1000/80 preset sounds plus additional sounds.
