Designed as an entry level performance synthesizer, the JX-1 is a 61 key velocity sensitive synth with 24 voice polyphony. 64 preset sounds are resident in the JX-1 including sampled acoustic sounds and D series sounds. There is one TVF (Time Variant Filter) for varying sound characteristics, as well as preset effects such as reverbs, chorus, and delay. User edits of existing presets can be stored in 32 user memory locations, two sounds can be layered together, audio input that merges audio to output, and midi in / out / thru.
