MIDI Solutions Merger
MIDI Solutions Merger merges two MIDI inputs to one MIDI output. All MIDI data appearing at the inputs is merged to the output, including System Exclusive and MIDI Time Code messages. The Merger may be chained together with additional units for as many inputs as required. MIDI Solutions Merger is powered by the MIDI signal and requires no batteries or power supply to operate. A MIDI indicator LED flashes whenever MIDI data passes through the unit.

MIDI Solutions Thru
MIDI Solutions Thru provides two MIDI Thru outputs from one MIDI in, allowing an additional MIDI output to be added at any point in the MIDI chain. All MIDI data that appears at the input is sent to the Thru outputs. Active circuitry cleans up any skewing of MIDI data that has occurred at the input, providing more reliable operation in cases where longer cable runs are required or a number of devices have been daisy-chained. BREATHALYZER
The Breathalyzer is a breath to MIDI converter for use with the Yamaha BC3 Breath Controller. The Breathalyzer accepts the BC3 as input and generates MIDI data corresponding to the amount of breath pressure applied to the device. The Breathalyzer boasts the same features as the MIDI Solludons Pedal Gordrollier (described above), with the addition of a front-end conversion circuit that allows the BC3 to be plugged directly into the unit. Like other MIDI Solutions products, the Breathalyzer is MIDI powered and requires no batteries or power supply to operate. Programmed settings are retained even after power is removed.
Midi Pedal Controller
The Pedal Controller accepts a pedal (or any potentiometer connected to a 1/4" stereo phone plug) as an input and generates continuous midi data based on its position. The Pedal Controller may be inserted in line at any point in the midi data stream allowing you to send continuous controller information to any device in your setup. The Pedal Controller can be programmed to send most types of continuous midi messages including aftertouch, pitch bend, controller, or even system exclusive messages with a single variable byte (to control specific synth parameters). The midi channel is programmable as are the minimum and maximum values transmitted. Another unique feature of the Pedal Controller is its ability to add a variable amount of curvature to the response of the pedal. This allows you to correct for pedals with nonlinear responses or to add greater response at one end of the pedal compared to the other. MIDI Solutions Footswitch Controller sends out preprogrammed MIDI messages using an external footswitch (not included) and merges these messages with incoming MIDI data. Programmable messages include Note, Controller, Pitch Bend, Program Change, Start/Stop, or System Exclusive messages (up to 20 bytes/Sys. Ex. message). It can also be programmed to function as a transposer, channelizer, or MIDI clock generator. The unit is programmed via MIDI System Exclusive commands, and settings are retained in non volatile memory until programmed with new settings. The unit will accept a normally open or a normally closed footswitch with a 1/4" phone jack connection. MIDI Solutions Relay
MIDI Solutions Relay is a MIDI controlled relay switch. A 1/4" phone jack provides an easy connection to many devices such as multitrack punch in jacks and most footswitch inputs. MIDI Solutions Relay may be programmed to respond to Program Change, System Exclusive messages (up to 20 bytes/message) and up to 10 different Note or Controller messages. The unit is programmed via MIDI System Exclusive commands, and settings are retained in non volatile memory. The relay is rated at 3W 150V 0.5A and a fuse is provided. MIDI Solutions Router
MIDI Solutions Router routes MIDI messages or ranges of MIDI messages to either of two selectable outputs. Routed messages may also be rechannelized. A special keyboard range input data type allows the keyboard to be split and controller information sent to both ranges. The Router may be used as a filter by routing unwanted MIDI messages to neither of the two outputs. The Router will accept up to 10 settings. These settings are programmed via MIDI System Exclusive commands, and settings are retained in non-volatile memory until cleared or overwritten with new settings. MIDI Solutions Mapper
MIDI Solutions Mapper maps MIDI messages from one type to another in real time. Messages include Controller, Program Change, Channel Pressure, Pitch Bend and Note messages, on all or selected MIDI channels. A specified range of notes may be mapped to a full range of another message type, allowing any keyboard to control a MIDI parameter to its full range. The Mapper will accept up to 10 different map settings. The unit is programmed via MIDI System Exclusive commands, and settings are retained in non-volatile memory until cleared or overwritten with new settings. MIDI Solutions Velocity Converter
MIDI Solutions Velocity Converter modifies the velocity sensitivity of any MIDI keyboard or controller. Each MIDI channel may be assigned one of 40 preset velocity curves or a user definable curve. The user curve may be sent to the unit as Note or Controller data which allows it to be graphed out on a sequencer before being sent.The Velocity Converter may also be programmed to assign velocities based on an incoming MIDI controller value.
