MKS-50 - $695 - The MKS-50 is a rack mount six voice midi controlled synthesizer module version of the Juno 1. 128 'tones' can be stored in memory along with 128 'patches' of performance controls. One of 14 basic waveshapes can be assigned to the DCO along with a seven stage envelope, chorus, chord hold, etc. Patches can be stored via tape or midi. In addition, the MKS-50 can be set to midi mono mode for use with other controllers such as midi guitars. An optional PG-300 programmer can be used for analog type knob functions, though patches can be created on the front panel.
