The MP-44 is a combination merger, midi router, sequence playback unit, and midi analyzer in a one space rack mount unit. With a 3.5" floppy disk drive on board, the MP-44 can read disks created on Atari ST or MSDOS (3.3 or higher) computers for sequence playback functions. There are 4 midi inputs (any or all at once) & 4 midi outputs. Any or all midi inputs can be distributed to any output, and 256 programs can be recalled via midi, front panel, or footswitch.

The processing section allows up to 4 midi zones per input, +/- 5 octave transposition, output patch change commands, velocity offsets, and midi clock with MSP. Filtering includes PitchBend, mod, after touch, patch change, real time, sys/ex, controllers, and combinations. Additional features include sys/ex storage, customization of processor functions, and a transparent panic function that does not interrupting performance.

The PMM88 is a programmable midi merge unit with 8 x 8 configuration. 8 inputs can be merged simultaneously and routed to any combination of outputs. 128 routing programs can be recalled from midi, remote control (included) or foot switch. The PMM-88 features virtually the same midi control functions as the MP-44. A special feature routes, converts and filters all 16 midi channels from every input individually.
