The MSQ-700 can memorize all MIDI information and has 8 memory tracks. Up to 6,500 notes can be stored in all tracks. The MSQ-700 has several convenient functions-a chain function, multi-track function, overdub function, and merge function. Numerous data, such as remaining memory capacity, tempo, or measure number, can be digitally displayed.

And the MIDI allows the MSQ-700 to be connected with the TR-909 and to control the TR-909 using the MSQ-700's data.
