Screaming Blues to Sunday Church and Everything in Between

The OB32 brings all the features of a classic electro-magnetic drawbar organ into a compact digital package, also available as a keyboard unit.

To replicate the sound produced in the original drawbar instruments by 91 tone wheels, the OB32 utilizes 91 separate digital generators, giving it the most realistic organ sound available. The reproduction of the 91 generators perfectly copies the two fundamental features of the original sound: the drawbar-mixing for spectral sounds and the avoidance of transposition of original sounds. Rotary speaker simulation is accomplished with a complex algorithm that incorporates the various physical-acoustical apects of a rotating speaker, motor response, speaker design and cabinet design. All the sounds are the product of careful study of filter characteristcs and attenuators in the original Hammond organ. The result is a consistent and faithful sound in every drawbar combination.
