The Turtle Trap is a pad to midi device with 10 pads. Bass pedal & hi-hat pedal inputs (4 channels for open, sizzle, closed and pedal sounds) are included, as well as 6 trigger inputs, 30 patch memories, programmable note & channel per pad, pre-programmed presets for many drum machines & modules, and mounting to most drum hardware or desktop operation.

Simmons has also changed their trigger pads, now with 11" tensionable pads and adjustable sensitivity. Single trigger pad list $179, dual trigger $239, bass drum $429.
